Nicole Farhi Autumn/Winter 2012-13

Nicole Farhi delivered a collection dedicated to the contemporary man that’s constantly traveling. The garments were classic but revolutionary with hidden avant-garde details that were only revealed up-close. The traditional knitwear pieces were reworked with new techniques used like kilim rugs, tie-dye or Kantha embroideries. With an eye on comfort  we saw pajama-suits, cardigans-sweatshirt, and shirt-suits. Classic shapes were blended with modern ideas and needs, playing with a balance of different proportions and a precise and calculated amount of layering, for understated elegance.
